For many brides a traditional white wedding dress just doesn't match their personality. But they still want to feel bridal and be easily picked out as the bride on their own wedding day. Adding dipdye style ombre colour to your dress is the perfect way to bring your own personality and still compliment the older wedding traditions. In a waist-up portrait photo you can see look like an understated traditional bride, perfect for old Aunt Maud to feel proud of when she shows her neighbours. But for a dramatic snow photoshoot, or on the cliff tops at sunset, your phoenix ombre colour wedding dress is going to shine all around.
See below for a gallery of real brides in ombre colour wedding dress.
These dresses have all been coloured directly. I use either a spray ombre colour or a wet dip dye technique according to the fabrics in the dress and the effect desired by the bride. For more information about how your wedding dress can be coloured see my main dip dye colour page or get in touch with any questions.
