Rebecca wanted a whimsical bridal look fit for an elven princess. I designed a pastel rainbow ombre wedding dress in lace and organza.

Brianna commissioned a stunning autumn dip dye wedding dress for her Idaho wedding. It is copy of my best selling “Phoenix Dip Dye” wedding dress, with unique matcing accessories I made just for her. Brianna asked for a dip dye veil to echo the colours on the dress and gloves with lace detail. I first...

I feel as though bride Alex and I are birds of a feather. I also had a period-inspired, unusually coloured wedding dress for my wedding. Alex wanted to meld 1950’s and Tudor influences to create something unique. Taking inspiration from history, but not being limited by having to be completely accurate, is my ideal design...

If you’re in search for some mixed Indian British wedding dress inspiration, then you’ve come to the right blog post. I’m Fliss – a bespoke wedding dress maker from the south of England (Surrey, to be exact). I love making wedding dresses that are a little unusual. My brides are often looking for an outfit...

For this made to measure wedding dress in London, bride Karah approached me looking to commission a layered gown in scrolling ivory floral lace, with a corset inspired by the late (and very great) Vivienne Westwood. The base layer is a floor length strapless column dress made of champagne-coloured silk dupion. I made the top...

Danielle wanted a pretty and elegant dress with applique lace and subtle sequin sparkles on a nude base. We were aiming for something lightweight, feminine and figure-hugging. So I designed a dress that was a little soft romantic, a little boho and a little sexy, accentuating Danielle’s hourglass figure. This bespoke nude lace wedding dress...

For this bespoke wedding dress photoshoot in Hampshire, we wanted to evoke the feeling of a fairy tale. Of a princess being whisked away by her prince, of magic, whimsy and romance. The colours we wanted to focus on were blush pink, various shades of green and deep burgundy. All inspired by the colours found...

For this Marie Antoinette wedding dress photoshoot, we took inspiration from the aesthetic of Bridgeton. I think we ended up with something slightly different, but equally wonderful, don’t you think? Our colour scheme was pastels; blush, pinks, coral, creamy ivory and hints of baby blue and gold. We wanted to evoke something romantic and ethereal...

The theme for this bespoke wedding dress photoshoot in London can be summarised as “Nile Queen”. Whilst being inspired by things of the past, we still wanted to keep this wedding very modern and chic. I had the pleasure of designing the wedding dress for this shoot, and absolutely loved making something fit for a...

This was the first styled shoot I ever organised – but certainly not the last. I live on the border between Sussex and Surrey and as a wedding dress designer, it only made sense that I gathered together some local wedding suppliers, chose a stunning location, made some dresses and had some fun! Hence this...

The Petal Dress 🌸 a modern classic, born from a simple idea: elegance that doesn`t try too hard.
Strapless and sculpted in Duchess satin, this ivory gown is all about clean lines and quiet drama. The neckline unfolds into soft, sculpted petals, and the wrap-over skirt reveals a hint of leg, if the bride dares. And of course, finished with a long, sweeping train, for that unmistakable bridal moment.
Timeless, but never boring.
The Petal Dress is now live on my Etsy page. Tag the bride who`d wear this beautifully. 👇

Someone commented how much like Taylor Swift our beautiful bride @alicia.modelling_x looked wearing one of my bespoke wedding dress, and I think she`s absolutely right.
Which Taylor Swift album would you pair this wedding dress with?
A little look into my creative process for making my Swan Lake-inspired wedding dress.
I think feathers are a really underrated embellishment, so I wanted to give them their flowers 🪶💐 this corset style bodice features hundreds of hand-sewn white feathers, all meeting to a point in the middle of the chest, finished off with sparkling sequin lace.
Do you think the result was worth the effort?
And if you`re a bride looking for something full of fantasy and whimsy for your wedding, you`ve come to the right place. Making wedding outfits that look like they come from a story book is my speciality, so drop me a DM with your fairytale wedding ideas 🧚♀️

It`s coming up to five years since I first discovered aerial hoop, and my love for it is still going strong 💜
And now, I`m moving onto something even more exciting...
The next step in my journey is starting teacher training with @mybodyrocksstudio, so I can share my passion for hoop and pass on this amazing sport/art form. It`s not something I would have ever considered a possibility when I was first starting, but I`m so excited to get going!
Maybe one day I`ll be showing you the ropes (well, the hoop) 🤭
And thank you to @impulsivemomentspole for making me look like an absolute superstar 😍
Look at all that gorgeous colour!
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Here are just a few ombre wedding dresses I`ve dyed over the years, both for photoshoots and real brides. I`ve just launched a new page on my website, dedicated to my dip dye creations.
The amazing thing about dip dying is how completely customisable it is. You can go with loads of bold, bright colours, or just one subtle hue. It`s entirely up to you.
And you`re guaranteed to match your wedding`s colour scheme.
I offer two dip dye services:
- Direct dying, straight onto your wedding dress
- Dipdye tulle overskirts, leaving your dress untouched
To see more examples and options, have a look on my website (link in bio).
Which colour combination is your favourite?
